Esteemed rapper Lil Wayne has had a positive effect on the Philadelphia 76ers season. I use the term "esteemed" loosely because I don't know who Lil Wayne is. Or Big Wayne for that matter. I do know that he spells the word "little" without half the letters, and that many of the Sixers players went to see him in concert on Saturday night when they had a Sunday afternoon matinee with the lowly Sacramento Kings the next day.
