Determining NBA draft busts is a tricky proposition. The bottom line is, we're measuring output against expectations, and who's to say it wasn't the expectations — of scouts, of team executives, of fans — that were off in the first place? A lower-than-expected output isn't always the result of poor performance and preparation, either. Some players merely fall victim to the injury bug and never quite reach their potential because of it.
