Why are People Saying Bring DC Back ???

Ya know, I like DC and all and what he did for the King's Organization, without question .... SHOWED HIS DEDICATION & COMMITTMENT ... we're all grateful and appreciative. I wish DC and his family the VERY BEST !!!

But, to bring him back to Sac-Town "AS A PLAYER" ... NO WAY !!!

We've been down that road ... there are far BETTER SG's out there.

DC is NOT 100% ... he's not what he used to be "AS A PLAYER".

How on earth did he pass a physical ???

I'm sorry, but I don't see Petrie giving this ANY APPROVAL at all.

you know I agree with you most of the time and this time is no exception.

I would bring doug back as a defensive coach, but not as a player, he has unfortunately seen his better days.

doug has huge heart but his body cannot keep up with it anymore.

I heard talk of bringing Vlade back as "some type of asst. coach", as well.

I would love to see vlade come back as an assistant, he could teach the big guys the flop and the up and under move.

Kings fans in general and espceialy some psoters on this board are extreemly sentemental and just love the guys that turned this team arround, I can't say I blame them and heck in many ways I am one of them, but no I do NOTwant to see DCpalying Sacramento again, itistime to move on.After retiringif he wants a job with the organization I say great, wonderfull player, smart man and great human being.

Hes supposed to have ankle surgery to remove bone spurs so consider him off anyones list. Its a good think we traded him, or he would be injured on our team by now, with no Mobley of course. Dodged that bullet.

Yeah, I agree. He could be one of those player-coach players like Avery Johnson. But if we can't get him for cheap then I'd rather have him on the coaching staff.
