There's a lot of talk that he may get hired by a major university as soon as NCAA Final Four is over in early April if not sooner - for hot recruiting off season. Arizona Wildcats seem interested and Theus has told media in Tucson he's likewise interested. Oregon Ducks are in the picture too and their Nike Corp. connection in Eugene could pony up a nice contract. Sets up an already fierce rivalry between OSU under Pres. Obama's brother-in-law head coach Craig Robinson and Theus with his star power at OU. UC Irvine Anteaters may be an option for Theus since his home is in LA and daughter attends the school.
