I am so sorry that I did not notice. I was in the chat room (where I am during most games).
VF21 sometimes works late on Fridays, so it may very well be that she could not be here. I am sure it has nothing to do with quitting.
I HAVEN'T QUIT! Honest!!!
I got home late yesterday, had to wade through over a foot of snow with groceries, packages, etc. and got inside to a very cold house. I had trouble getting the wood stove going, I was freezing cold and my power kept flickering. I'm ashamed to admit that rather than log on to the board, I curled up on the sofa as close to the wood stove as possible and watched the game from there.
I promise to be back for tomorrow's game against the Lakers.

Glad you didn't quit VF, but can we have a backup person for these kind of situations? When you don't get to see the game the PBP is the next best thing to being there. I hope you got nice and warm.

There are 2 or 3 of us who try to play backup when we know (in advance) that VF is not going to be here. If I am at home, I am watching the game. I am in the chat room, however, since I am the op (kind of like a moderator) in the chat room.
If it happens again, that VF gets home late (unexpectedly), have someone pop into the chat room and let me know. I will fill in as best I can.
