Welcome home Kenny!!!

Hall of Famer
What a debut game for Kenny. He was nervous before the game but he played with total determination. I like this guy!!

He played an inspired game in his home debut. Can he sustain that? No. Realistically no. I do think that he really has shown enough to eventually get the start over Darius (on boardwork alone if nothing else), but Rick seesm to like the spot start of the guy who knows the system. Think its important to our team baordwork though for Thomas to log more minutes than Darius on most nights.

Welcome home, Kenny! And keep up the hard work. Show some fans what you're really made of. :)

GO KENNY! GO KINGS!!!

I would hope he could sustain the production he got today! Maybe not the long jumpshots but c'mon, he is a capable player that is capable of doing what he did today. A double-double guy for sure. He didn't really have a HUGE game but rather he gave the kind of production he is capable of consistently.

I don't have any problem with Darius starting, but Kenny getting more minutes off the bench. Somewhat like the old rotations between JWill and Bobby back in the day.

kenny was great in the 2nd.... but if darius hadnt gotten into fould trouble we wouldnt be complaining.... he was like 5/6 shooting before kenny came in..... but i'm loving the hustle.... skinner, thomas, corliss and evans on the court at the same time..... wow, this team has never been that athletic.....

He's nto going to shoot that well or score that much consistently. He has been a double double guy once in his 6 yr career (last year), so who knows, maybe. But he's not a big scorer, and while we're all high about this performance, 36 hours ago it was a much different story. The truth lies somewhere in between. He's not 19 and 10 a game, but he's also not 6 and 2 (or whatever that was in Miami). 12 and 8 maybe. 14 and 10 tops.

I would not be surprised in the least bit that if KT was given significant time he would avg. a double-double on this team. Don't forget that court time is a huge factor in considering the kind of numbers a player like Thomas can produce. If he was inserted in the starting line-up he would be the most athletic guy on the floor and the majority of his production comes from his athleticism. The shooting I would agree with, but he is still a good jumpshooter, even before he came to Sacramento.

A lot of his career avgs. are up near double double range. Even though he has averaged less than 30 min. a game. for his career.

THAT AIN'T BAD!!!

I can hardly wait for everyone, including Bobby Jackson, to get healthy and familiar with the Kings game style. You doubters may have to eat some crow. I am still comfortable with my 13/9 (minimum) win-loss prediction for the remainder of the season. Actually, now I am 12/9 for the duration. That would give the kings 49 wins.

Maybe better!

Adelman and the coaches ought to get a Presidential Citation if they pull this thing off.

Doubters? I don't think having lower expectations means I doubt anything. I would love for the team to exceed my predictions. In fact, I would be ecstatic. I don't think that makes me a doubter. My expectations are different than yours.

Having said that, I prefer my crow well-done with a side order of truffles.
