I didn't go to the Monarchs/CT Sun game last Saturday, so I didn't see the ceremony. However, I did tape the game.
But in the SacBee yesterday (Sunday)...

It reported that most of the Monarchs All-Decade Team was at the game for the ceremony, because they were either still with the team or were retired but showed up in person anyway (i.e., Ruthie, Edna Campbell, Lady Grooms).
The article also mentioned that ex-Monarch Tangela Smith (now with the Charlotte Sting) gave her thanks in a recorded greeting.
But there was no mention if Kedra Holland-Corn (now with the Detroit Shock) also offered a video greeting. Did she?
I find it ironic, that Kedra and Kara Lawson are on the Decade Team, considering that they were traded for each other! (K-Law was drafted by the Shock, who traded her to the M's a few days later for Kedra!)
