If you listen to Koufos in interviews he is the master of innocuous comments. Nothing remotely controversial or noteworthy. I love the dude but he is not a guy to go to for quotes to build stories around. And I'm sure that's by design.

I thought it was two of the same coaches on two different teams (Karl in Denver and Sac, Joerger in Memphis and here (assuming he's not dealt)). Do those non Kosta players also fit? I know Miller and Pierce had separate stops with Karl and Rivers, respectively, but did they each do it again with another coach?

Right. Each of those have played under one coach in two different cities. Kosta, if he he stays under Joerger, will have played for two. That's what's unique.

IDK why but I always imagine Koufos talking like a pokemon or Hodor from Game of Thrones.

Koufos- "KOUFOS"
Reporter- "Wonderful analysis Kosta, can you really point to one moment where he really made you elevate your game?"
Koufos- "KOUFOS"
Reporter- "Spectacular, truly inspiring words big man."
