[NBA] Vegas Summer League open thread 2025

And Dallas now announces they are shutting down Cooper for the remainder of summer league.

I get shutting down second year guys but isn't the whole selling point seeing the top draft picks?
Seems to happen every year to top prospects. It stinks, but these are exhibition games after all and the players who really get something out of it are the fringe guys. 🤷‍♂️

But this is among the reasons that I haven't been to Summer League for a few years and I'm not certain I'll make it back.

I guess it’s a function of me only watching Kings games but when we picked Keegan was it the finals we lost to Orlando with Banchero? I was overseas so only followed via the board.

And the league wonders why they can't "market" the next generation of stars.

Fresh off the draft, the league should be pushing "what's Cooper going to do next" as much as humanely possible. Get a bunch of people stoked about his play and excited to watch the Mavs and him heading into to the year.

Hornets are puttimg the hurt on the Spurs

These last four teams _laying have so,e of the weirdest rosters I’ve ever seen.

Raptors straight up have like six roster guys suited up meanwhile the Warriors, Clips, and Denver appear to just be playing with a collection of whoever was down for a week vacation to Vegas
