“If we don’t have a deal or a good indication we have a deal, we’re not moving forward,” Sessoms said. “If they haven’t got a lease with a pro sports team, it won’t work.”

“I’m not going to say it’s totally dead if this fails, but it certainly won’t be something on the front burner,” he said.
