Let me just say my opinion of the difference between Manu and Vlade.

Vlade: Made darn sure that contact he received was seen by the officials...thus the exaggeration that we all learned to call "flopping."

Manu: Not only does he flop to make sure that the officials see contact, but he even exaggerates contact that did not happen at all. And, like was mentioned by swisshh...Manu even faked a scuffle. That isn't flopping. That is downright cheating, IMHO of course.

I don't believe I have more disdain for anyone in the NBA as I do for Manu. And, that is saying a lot.
