The Kings remain quiet, at least as it pertains to Martin. There is no reason to think basketball president Geoff Petrie is motivated in the slightest bit to move him before the Feb. 18 deadline. Translation: "Dead as Chelsea's nuts."

Lol. Apparently it is an actual saying, and is a direct quote from Petrie. However, I've never heard the saying.

I don't see Martin going anywhere but I do see Petrie shedding some players to make WestFails rotation shorter so the young guys get most of the playing time. I see him dumping atleast 4 players for 2 and getting a guard and forward back. With Garcia coming back and players like Noc/Sergio/Beno going out along with KT and even Mays. If Petrie could somehow clean out this team and leave the core of:

Martin
Greene
Omri
JT
Hawes
Garcia
Brockman

Then add another big man and a guard into the mix, the team will be set for the season.

OK, your nickname is a bit petty but yes, we should not be playing 11 guys every night unless it's a blowout. Good teams have 8 or 9 good plays in their rotation, and right now we have too many OK guys looking for minutes. We need to clear out the dead weight (Noce) sell high on one of our extra backup PGs (Beno or Sergio) and we still have too many swingmen and not enough good, defensive bigs.

For God sake...what did you expect out of this season? Unbelievable that coach went from early season discussion as coach of the year to a failure. That's pretty rediculous.
