If you need a fix, a couple weeks into the season, Jim Kozimor will be on Comcast Sports Net Bay Area @ 1:30pm this afternoon with the program repeating @ 6pm. In a back on the horse that bucked you moment, his work will be covering new Kings head coach Paul Westphal.

If this means he's been picked up by Comcast Sports Net, this could end up being good for him - and for us, the fans. Thanks for the heads up, MBF. I'm going to make sure I catch his show.

Po-tay-to, po-tah-to dear MBF. I think regardless of which Sacramento team we root for we can agree we'll miss Jim Kozimor. I think you've got the edge right now because it's your season... I think Kings fans will realize how much they miss him when our turn comes around.

I've got DishNetwork. Is this Comcast 409 - the channel the Kings broadcast on - or is it Comcast 419, which used to be Fox Sports Bay Area? Any idea?

I recorded 419 at 1:30, which was some kind of infomercial about a kitchen appliance. I've set the Dexter (DVR) to record the 6 p.m. broadcast, which lists " SportsNet Central"...

409 - comcast CA - has Beach Volleyball untl 6, followed by RaceWeek and then the A's pregame followed by MBL baseball.

If this is some diabolical scheme to try and get me to watch baseball it is NOT going to work.

You should, Mazzaro vs Lincecum should be a good game to watch tonight.

I may stick with the one having SportsCentral. I'm not sure my source knows which channel it actually is, which I find slightly odd

You do realize you're talking to someone who hasn't willingly watched baseball since Jose Pagan was playing shortstop for the Giants, right? I totally and completely detest the game they call "baseball" nowadays. I'd rather watch parrots molt.

If there was a game to accidentally watch, it would be tonight's A's Giants...two young kids on the mound are special.

Baseball tries incessantly to make me hate it, but I still keep coming back. But there may come a day.... so I hereya....
