I have an idea!!! Approach Chicago and, say, San Antonio, and offer to trade the Kings--in their entirety--for their local franchises. We could sweeten the pot--and it would need to be sweetened considerably--with, say, allowing either city to annex Elk Grove, Natomas and Roseville--but only if they were moved, along with the Kings, to either Chicago or San Antonio (even though Chicago already has an Elk Grove).
Musselman would, of course, be part of the deal, and we wouldn't demand coaches along with the teams if Rick Adelman would return to Sacramento.
