Would you make that trade if you were the Blazers? I think the answer has to be yes even though you become an older team.
Yep, you get Giannis. If the Kings had the opportunity to not shed their core and get Giannis, id sacrifice all my picks and a couple young players too.
Same deal with the Spurs and thankfully theyre passing. If your org has an opportunity to acquire Giannis for the rest of his prime and be a legit contender, while not gutting your team, you should that opportunity.

I suppose one way of looking at it is this creates more parity leaguewide which is what a lot of fanbases are seeking. Teams have to build their teams with smart drafting and finding gems in the undrafted pool. I wouldn't mind a lockout to address the issue of one player making 40 to 50 mill per season but it's unlikely to happen.
