Rob Babcock has been relieved of his duties. Wayne Embery takes over as interm GM.

Hallelujah.

I believe Wayne was a King in his playing days....wonder if he'd help us out and trade us Bosh or Villenueava? Seriously, is the timing of this peculiar, as in Peja, who would have been a big draw in Toronto and available and no offer to the Kings for a trade by Babcock? Things that make you go...hmmmmm!

You would think so, I really thought Raps would make a run at Peja.

Mind you I live in Toronto and at this point Bosh is pretty much untouchable.

I am EXTREMELY upset about this. I was really hoping Rob would make a stupid deal with the Kings and THEN get fired.

So what would it take to get Villenueava?

As far as Kings go probably could not do it, Raps are desparate for inside presence and rebounding. I don't see who could we possibly offer for CV.

Their team president is still around (Peddie), so the chances of him hiring someone who sends Bosh to us for Kenny Thomas is still high. :)

I'd even take Pape Sow. He'd probably end up taking Skinner's place on the bench but he was tearing up the D-League before he was called back.
