You just beat me! Here was what I had written up, anyways.

A quick search shows a bit of discussion here about him rather recently. It's my understanding he is a good defender, good scorer but poor shooter. I followed him a lot early on but not much lately so any thoughts on his fit with us would be appreciated. He was on a two year deal with the Knicks but waived to make room for Rose. His contract wasn't guaranteed yet so they don't owe him anything. Spotrac said he was getting 2 yr(s) / $1,218,367. An interesting tidbit is he was drafted by Memphis in 2012 when Joerger was an assistant coach there.

I could see a place for him with us depending on other moves that happen this offseason. If the latest news of a potential Ryan Anderson signing is true a bit more defense at the other spots would help. With all the trouble we have had defending guards it would be a welcome change of pace, especially because it looks like the cost would be very low.

How has his recovery from injury been?

@1.2m/yr u can afford to take a risk even if he's limping around. he might be willing to do the same contract. not bad if you want to see what he can do.

I liked his size and ability to defend. His scoring ability always reminded me of Tyreke which is a bonus. I always saw him as more of a SG than a point guard but since I have not been watching him lately I am curious what others thoughts are on his ability to play alongside a ball dominant point guard. Could he be a Tony Allen like player for us?

Someone work some magic for me... Is it possible to do some sign and trade magic and get rid of Rudy to pick up Mike Conley... then sign Ryan Anderson and Wroten? Conley-Wroten-Casspi-Anderson-Cousins would be fun! :D
