- Vlade has a lot of freedom in the front office but Vivek has veto power. Suggests that Vivek has vetoed a few moves for higher priced front office help (including Kiki Vandeweghe)
- No more patience for losing and team will move future assets to win now, especially to keep Boogie and open new arena with winning team
- Doesn't think front office thinks we will make playoffs but want to be in the hunt late season
- He thinks Cousins and Koufos together and that Cuz really should be a PF but isn't sure Karl will play them bigs together as much
- They have more talent/depth which is much needed
- Think Front Office thinks we will be out of the top 10 picks and low risk to swap so that went into the Philly trade
- Risk is in 2019 if Philly gets an unprotected pick the year Cousins could leave
