…is it too early?
Has absolutely no reason to sign a extension right now given that if he keeps it up and gets All-NBA or All-Defensive team he’s eligible for what could end up being the biggest Supermax contract in NBA history up to now.…is it too early?
I suppose the reason to sign now would be to lock in his money in case of injury.Has absolutely no reason to sign a extension right now given that if he keeps it up and gets All-NBA or All-Defensive team he’s eligible for what could end up being the biggest Supermax contract in NBA history up to now.
It's been pretty clear for a few years now that a) Fox really loves Sacramento but b) he really loves money.
He gripes about CA taxes on social media for instance. He's not going to leave a penny on the table. But I am sure he talked his buddy into staying and so he'll probably re-sign as an UFA and if ish goes sideways it'll go the Dame route.
is he seriously? Inconsequential at his level of wealth. He’s also really upset with the gas prices.

he complained about it on the socials as well haha.
I mean it's bad
Not really. $3 national average, $2.76 here in Iowa. Cali is higher obviously but still lower than most developed countries. if he drives an average of 1000 miles a month in a car that gets awful gas mileage he is probably paying a couple hundred in gas a month. And he chose to drive the car with bad mileage. Not anything a many times over millionaire should fret over.
I've seen it well under $4 (like $3.75 or so) at numerous locations locally and on a trip to Fresno Thursday-Friday. Heck, I filled up with premium at $4.07 yesterday in the Sacramento area; I think regular was $3.76? For California, it really isn't bad unless you only fill up at Chevron and 76 or whatever.I will not stand for a guy telling us gas prices aren't bad when he's paying $2.76.

Would be interesting to see if he makes All-NBA this year to get him the contract he wants.
1st team:
- Jokic
- Tatum
- Edwards
- Luka
- SGA
2nd team:
3rd team:
- Giannis
- AD
- KD
- Mitchell
- Brown
- Lebron
- Curry (both these guys get grandfathered in)
Fighting for those last 3 spots could be Brunson, LaMelo, Maxey, KAT, Tyrese, BAM, Lillard, Kyrie, JJJ, DeMar, Sabonis, Wemby, and Trae. I might be missing a couple players from this list, but some guys have much better arguments than others. It's still early in the season. Up until the last 2 games, I would've said that DeMar had a better chance than Fox, but maybe he takes this momentum and runs with it. The Knicks are in an adjustment period, but if they look like contenders down the stretch, both Brunson and KAT could be in play. I don't expect LaMelo to keep up his current play(or stay healthy), but at the same time, I don't expect Tyrese to keep slumping.
I’m also pretty sure he drives a TeslaNot really. $3 national average, $2.76 here in Iowa. I remember seeing a YouTube video regarding his Tesla a few years ago getting custom fitted. But here’s a more recent article.Huh, maybe he was speaking on behalf of his friends and family members that don’t have the same level of income he does. In my estimation, Fox clears about 30k a day in salary after taxes and agent fees. That’s just his Kings salary, no endorsements so I thought it was strange the prices were stressing him out haha.

I live in Merced, and it just recently got down to $4.09, but was $4.59 3 weeks ago ( gas prices always drop right before election day).I've seen it well under $4 (like $3.75 or so) at numerous locations locally and on a trip to Fresno Thursday-Friday. Edit: Yep, my memory was correct. Sam's Club:

I saw several locations in Fresno where it was under $4 or so. Looking at GasBuddy, the lowest 10 stations there are all under $3.75.I live in Merced, and it just recently got down to $4.09, but was $4.59 3 weeks ago ( gas prices always drop right before election day).
