We have Bagley, WCS and Giles. If you’re on the side of letting WCS go or moving him for assets or wing, does Maker make any sense? Tall 7’ 1”, very long, still very young, 21 years old.

Admittedly, I haven’t watched much of him. Could he fill a WCS role? or would he be a piece to add with the other 3? Granted he wants out of Mil for more PT and not sure he’d see much more with us at this point, but thought he looked intriguing nonetheless.

He still has upside but his odds of reaching it are low at this point since he's in his 3rd season and really hasn't improved much. I think Giles will be much better.

If we had an older front court and wanted a young guy who could bring energy for a consistent 10-15 mins a game, sure. But we don't. We have a number of younger front court players including an energy guy that actually has talent (Bags) and a guy who needs minutes to show the fan base that he still needs minutes (Giles).
