The Warriors = Fail. Trade Marco Belinelli for Devean George

on paper or in a videogame, the raptors have a good team or at least a fun team to play with in nba 2k. in real life they look horrible, better than our team but not by much...

Raptors have a weakness for Euros and Warriors have their fetish for former Laker role players. Works for both sides.

I'm not high on Marco Bellinelli at all, but that being said he's young talent and I think he can find a place as a one-dimensional sparkplug scorer/shooter in this league, if the cards fall right for him (and they just might in the EuroToronto). If this was a talent switch though, the Warriors got the short end of it, because George is done, and has been for the past several years--offensive futility, defense not good enough to cover up for it, and constant injuries.

if nothing more Benelli is a active player who can hit shots when hes open...

he also has a lot of potential and showed good defensive sequences like year and potential.....why trade him for nothing? he wasn't even making much to be a $$$ problem...

if nothing else, im sure they could of AT LEAST gotten a couple seconds.

on a side note, why don't we trade KT for Anothny Randolph and Monta Ellis :)

This is about a new administration coming in and getting rid of the old guards. Belinelli is a Mullin pick. So now Riley shipped him out to make room for his prized rookie - Stephen Curry.

Plus, the fact that Belinelli was just south of mediocore during his time with the Warriors made the decision that much easier.

Idiotic move and I hope that they really don't think that way. Belinelli HAD a spot on that team, even as a glorified backup. I'll take young and mediocre over old, washed up and just plain terrible any day. What a stupid move.

So the Warriors let a young guy go for a vet who can’t contribute anymore…yep, that makes sense  I wonder what the Warrior fans think of this trade.

I highly disagree. The Rapters currently are a much better team than the Kings. This isn't saying much, but having Bosh gives them that one piece that we've been lacking for a while now.

im not so sure about that, if the raptors were in the western conference i dont think that they wouldve won that many more games than the kings. maybe 25 games total they only won 33 last year playing in the east. what happens when the yplay the lakers, spurs, mavs, rockets, blazers, nuggets and jazz 4 times instead of twice. the east had 3 good teams last year the 4th seed hawks wouldnt even make the playoffs in the west. 8th seed utah wouldve been the 4th seed in the east and probably wouldve beaten the heat and give the cavs a good fight.

the raptors this year had the same record that we had the year before.
