Free agency is set to begin and Zach LaVine's first offer from the Bulls is sure to arrive shortly after midnight strikes, sending him into restricted free agency. The Bulls hold the cards with LaVine, due to their ability to match any offer sheet if a team signs the shooting guard to one, along with the fact only a handful of teams have the cap space to do it. The Bulls, L.A. Lakers, Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks, Dallas Mavericks and Sacramento Kings are the only teams with more than $15 million in cap space, and the Kings have discussed LaVine, according to sources.
