That really sucks. Oh well, he don't deserve to be with players who disrespect him. He's a good & classy coach so I'm sure there are other teams that don't mind having him once he resign.

He's in a lame duck situation, as everyone knows the Blazers have no intention of picking up his option. The team's in a ditch, they are inconsistent, very young, and loaded with talent at all the bad positions. Abdul-Rahim and Randolph pretty much both play the tweener forward position, and they have several extremely talented by one dimensional players, as well as a comparatively weak point guard that doesn't lead their team. The players are all very good, but chemistry is down the drain. Bad situation for the Blazers, and an even worse one for Cheeks.
