Len is so much better than McGee lol.
Where my doomers at tonight ? Haha. Love this. Playing with some actual joy tonight. Really nice to see.
Any guesses as to why Len was held out till after the deadline?
Fun fact: the Sacramento Kings are the only team in the NBA this season that has lost to the Detroit Pistons and beaten the Denver Nuggets.
Brown trusts Javale. Think he finally had to overcome his own bias and watch what's actually going on the floor.
Hedging bets?Any guesses as to why Len was held out till after the deadline?
Hedging bets?
Why would anyone trust McGee more than what we've seen from Len, since late last season? For no other reason than he played for the Warriors? Strange
As bad as our loss was, Portland blowing a 20+ point lead on Detroit's second night after beating us to lose may be even more embarrassing for a team deep in the tank but a fan base hungry for signs of life.Well, only 7 teams (max) have lost to the Pistons, so... yeah, can't be many teams at the intersection of that Venn diagram.
You nailed it. Past history. Most coaches lean on their past experience with guys. Why do you think Thibs brings Taj Gibson back from the dead every spot he ends up at?
A miscue when you've got a guy who is clearly better and more consistent
Seems like we might be following a very similar narrative to last season:
Solid start to the season…
Look out of sorts leading up to the trade deadline…
Make no substantial moves, people worry we’ve lost ground to other teams…
Without trade rumors swirling, we kick ass the 2nd half of the season.
Hopefully the similarities end there.
