Thank You NBA Schedule Makers!

For once the schedule actually helps the kings!

It also helped me because I put off doing my taxes until this week (own my own business like to put off paying until the last minute!)

This is the first time I can remeber the kings having a vacation at the end of the season.

Man I CAN'T wait until tommorow, I am having Kings games withdrawls. it almost feels like the season is over already.

but like I said it is nice that the kings get this little break to help the injured players and semi injured players. I think this little break is really going to help the kings playoff chances!

I've handled the break much better than I first anticipated...still ONE more night...luckily this week they've had some pretty interesting and fun matchups so thats been able to hold me over a bit

This has been the LONGEST four days of my life! ;) Hopefully the rest works to our advantage and no one forgot how to play basketball in those few days...I'm really nervous about our games against Phoenix but apart from that I'm looking forward to playoffs and hoping we make a pretty deep run this year...GO KINGS!!

this has been great timing for me too. I am a cpa and have been busy wrapping up the last few tax returns. by tomorrow I will be ready to get a glass of wine, sit back, and enjoy the game. can't wait!

I remember earlier in the season we had four days off like this too...I don't remember it being so hard on people...but then again it was probably cuz the season wasn't exactly winding down and everyone wasn't anxious for the POs

I would actually be surprised if the Kings didn't get off to a slow start tomorrow...I'm expecting it and preparing myself for it. However it would be very refreshing to see us come out of the gates like a race horse I think that would mean a lot considering lately we haven't really done that and in times past after a four day break we most definetly come out slow...but other than that I think we'll really be in good shape for the back to back...you know Phoenix couldn't say the same...

I hate this Kings vacation. I am finally finished with the rehearsals everynight of the week and could actually watch the games in real time instead of at 11:00 at night on tape and there are no games to watch. It is driving me crazy. I am hopeful of the next few games. It is something that the top 3 teams in the West this whole season are losing it now. They remind me of the Kings last year this time. And here the Kings are winning games and looking tough. I just hope they keep it up and play hard.
One more night to get through. Thank God for Survivor tonight. Unfortunately though, I will have to watch tomorrow nights game on tape because I have my show but it's better than nothing.

Twix, no problem. Tonight it is our saving grace. "Oh ey oh ey oh ey oh ey ohwa ey ey oh ey oh"(Survivor tune)

It has seemed like a LONG time since the last game!!! As much as our games carry me through highs and lows in emotion, I use them to destress. My students have been taking their standardized tests this week and I am in DIRE need of destressing!!

I am glad the the team has had to to rest AND practice! Let's hope it pays off for us.

phoenix twice in 4 games? i fail to see the brilliant scheduling there! ;)

If things had gone a little differently this year, it might have been these two games getting all the media hype right now...

;)

hehe.....maybe, maybe. the first one will definitely be a good game. the last meeting amy or may not matter, depending on how things pan out for other teams in the western conference, but saturday's game will definitely mean something for both teams.

that was sure nice last night. anything was better then that bad double header on TNT.

They gotta come up with a way to change the scheduling so that they don't have to show a game as meaningless as Mavs-Blazers....sheesh. The ratings for that game probably made John McEnroe's ratings look like the Beatles appearing on Ed Sullivan! :)

You obviously didn't see that first game. It was a great game and with this break at least we got to see an ex-King. The second game I agree, who wants to see the Mavs???

Well historically, at least as well as I can remember, we haven't done too well after long break in the schedule (the seven odd years or so that I've been watching the Kings). Hopefully this time will be a little different.:D

Hey, does anyone know if the playoffs are shown on NBA League Pass?

I can't remember if ALL the playoff games were on mainstream TV or if it was like ABC. 1 game on one coast while the other is on the other coast.

I need to know who was right. Someone help?

PO games are not on League Pass Daniela they will be seen on TNT ESPN and ABC...occasionally NBATV will perhaps "look in" on a game but thats pretty much it...also if say TNT is having a double header and the first game of the double header goes to OT so you can't see the beginning of the second game NBATV will pick it up until the original station can join in progress...but those who don't have NBATV are screwed as far as watching it if a situation like this occurs
