Wing depth doesn’t hurt. Dudes also a Josh Hart-esque ridiculous rebounder for his size as a smaller wing guy.

This is probably mostly a Skal-style “reward the vets who’ve been working with our kids in Stockton all season” contract though.

The Kings' trainers/medical staff obviously do not have high confidence in Sabonis returning any time soon, as in the next week. They have five games scheduled by Tuesday of next week, four against leading teams in the Eastern and Western Conferences.

Taylor must be losing sleep with the desire to get playing time with the Sacramento Kings. But he also gets a hefty increase in salary with that 10-day contract; nothing to scoff at when you are young.
