Tear Down The Team

Webber was noted as a cancer but turned out to be a Great player
Cancer and Great player are not mutually exclusive. Allen Iverson is a great player AND a cancer. Some have made the argument that Webber is, too.

Bibby was not noted as a loser, he was noted as a player who can't make his teammates better. Here's a news flash: he can't.

and Diaw for the suns was noted as failure but became a good impact player
Anybody who noted Diaw as a failure after his second year in the league doesn't have any common sense. I remember a lot of people that called him soft (and he's still kind of soft) and somebody who didn't like to put in the work, but I don't know of anybody that called him a a failure after two years; not even Olowokandi was called a failure after two years.

The point was that these guys could turn there careers around if they went to a team that fit their play and style and became impact to great players. I was trying to find players that related to what brick said. Webber was a Cancer in Washington until he landed in Sactown. And even thou young, Bibby was a Career loser but his career turned around in Sactown. And something that i found odd is that bibby was noted as i guy who could make his team mates better in Van but only if they had more weapons and the guy was avg 8 ast per game. But as soon as he came to the kings he left his passing game in Van and only avg 5. And if Diaw was not a failure in Alt he certainly was a disappointment. I remember going to hawks forums and they had nothing but dislike for the guy and thought he was finished and dubed bust. And now he is in suns country and hawks fans are now asking "why the hell didn't he do that for us?" the simple reason is that he is playing for a team that fits his play and style and is becoming what he was expected to be.

That's because Bibby was thought to be a stat hound. In fact, if board hadn't crashed in '04, you'd still be able to see the topics from around the time of that trade where many people were concerned that Bibby just more or less played to get his numbers in Vancouver... And he didn't make his teammates better; come to think of it, he still hasn't.
