spurs are toyin with teh sonics...they r tying to give james confidence so they can stomp on him later and give him that trash bag that hes been asking for

The Spurs didn't want a sweep. They wanted to be able to win in front of their home fans, and they will.

;)

I just want this series to be over. I've seen more of that garbage man than anyone should have to endure. Every time he opens his mouth something really stupid comes out and/or a bold face lie. He needs to go fishing in Siberia and get lost there.

Yeah it has nothing to do with the fact the Sonics won 50+ games this year, been very good at home and have battled through alot of problems all season long and showed heart, pride and the will to win. It has to be all about what the Spurs didn't do:rolleyes:

You need to keep in mind that a lot of us around here are still a little bummed about not getting further in the playoffs. I know personally I'm not going to root for your team because, quite honestly, I don't want them to win.

I don't think your team is good enough to win it all and a lot of others around here feel the same way. You aren't the favorites.

Guys like Jerome James who go around lipping off are not helping you in any way. His actions/words are going to elicit similar comments in return...

And for the record? James lies. IF things had happened the way he said they did, don't you think he would have gone to the media immediately? If Seattle fans are going to accept his version of the truth so quickly then they should be willing to accept the other side of the coin.

I can't believe Duncan allowed Garbageman to go 7/7 and all his pts came from dunks. I guess JJ read too many negatives messages on him...I guess he does check this forum out. LOL

After the game, ESPN interviewed him and he said something in the like of no more talking; it's time to show action. I forget his exact wording but it's funny that he said that when he was the one that always had something to say.

As much as I dislike Bruce Lee, I am still amazed he locked Ray Ray down so easily.

Never said we were the favourites but we are a very good team who can take a few games. We play with alot of heart and never let anything get us down. We have showed that all year and played the spurs well. We got beat badly in the first two games but most do in S.A, we are a good enough home team to win two games. We may well lose in 5 games but I'm confident we can win one more game. Any wins at this stage is a bonus, It has been an amazing season and I'm enjoying every single minute of this 2nd round series.

Duncan got owned by Jerome twice, something JJ obviously enjoyed.

Ray missed alot of bad shots last night, Bowen gave him problems but it was more down to what Ray did than Bowen.

but i guess Ray was due to have a bad shooting game against the best defense in the league.
