So, I'm on vacation and I don't have much time to defend myself. The one thing I will say is that I think Magneto alone has the upper hand in this battle. First off, it's on Mars which has a lot of iron ore (red planet), and he could do all sorts of crazy stuff with that. Not too mention that the Matrix mainframe would be useless against a villain with magnetic powers, he'd just erase the memory of the entire system. The Sliver Queen would be tricky, but I think since Carnage has the ability to plant thoughts into the minds of others using the symbiote he could wreak some havoc on the hive mind. I could also see Jason doing some damage aboard the Vogon fleet, being that there are lots of places for him to hide and scare the crap out of people before brutally murdering them. Baal and Dark Sammus to me cancel each other out since they are both pretty tough video game bosses with enough similarities that I don't know who would come out on top (obviously I root for my girl but I can't say). This is where my plot line might get a bit thinner, but I could see it being plausible. The Nothing to me seems so similar to a Dementor in the Harry Potter series that I feel that Voldemort could coerce it into his services and gain control of it, if not negate it's effects with his wizardry. With the Nothing defeated I feel that he would still be able to match up against Mephisto equally, both of them being evil magical beings who can't effectively be killed.
Oh, and don't forget:

Excellent. Like I said, I'll be on vacation so I'm sure all my theorizing will have been for naught by the time I return.

You talked me into it.

As much as I wanna vote for Carnage, who is just slightly less cooler than Venom, I gotta go with Jespher. Like the Mr. Burns pick, but he and Jason are just people with no powers whatsoever. That was basically my deciding factor. I honestly never heard of a couple of Jespher's picks, but he does very elaborate writeups with each pick so it helps.

Magneto on Mars = complete and total nightmare for everything in his way. Olympus Mons should have been FC's home base. The Sliver queen is way kick***, but intangibles like location (in my imaginary fight, in my mind) secured it for FC.

Magneto may have mastery over magnetism, and would be a handful on mars, however, no one on FCKings team has a true counter to my biggest guns, Mephisto's reality manifestation abilities, and the nothing. How do you stop a self replicating, maleficent black hole, especially one pliable to the wishes of my evil president? I say Magneto may score some quick points destroying Matrix Sentinels and making mayhem with dust storms, but he would be quickly contained and consumed in a supercluster of the Nothing.

If Maximum Carnage still puts up a fight, Mephisto can use his reality manifestation powers to warp them to another dimension, alter their physical form, remove all of their powers, and prevent them from even existing in the first place. All Hail President Mephisto! Resistance is Useless!

The other primary advantage of having a base on Mars is that most of the villains on Maximum Carnage would have difficulty breathing/surviving the atmospheric conditions. Even Magneto would need to manufacture some device allowing him to breathe and protecting him from the radiation, extreme temperatures, and low pressures.

My team is acclimated to this environment and would be able to pick off Max Carnage's members one by one...
