Jason Jones posted a tweet few minutes ago that the judge has thrown out the STOP lawsuit and petition regarding the downtown arena. Finally down to, I think, resolving one last thorn, the Macy property to start construction. Even 500 miles of rainy road south, Southern California KingsFans are getting excited too!.

Great news. Too bad we can't ship the STOP folks back to Seattle.

An just moments ago the Voters for Fair Arena Deal said they will not appeal the decisions. One final nail in that coffin I hope.
