Hope this issue doesn't get caught up in all the political bickering/maneuvering that seems to be going on right now.
While I'm (emotionally) partial to KJ's side, as his efforts to get a new arena built are much visibly stronger than that of the council's (ahem) activity, I admittedly don't know if this is a game of politics and/or KJ not following the rules. Either way, it'd reflect poorly on our leadership if what turns to out to be a feasible proposal never goes through because of political infighting...
