Without knowing who the new coach will be, I think there's only one thing we can be pretty sure about.

He won't leave roles undefined, make random substitutions, bench people who did poorly at practice, or generally act like a mediocre AYSO soccer coach.

Other than that, too soon to know.

Don't think we'll really be making any decisions right now based on those type of considerations. Just start from scratch. Hire the best coach, start bringing in the best players we can get our hands on, and then let the rest sort itself out.
