You can't tell who it is from the picture though. lol

It's Jim Crandell


He's the Sports Director over at local channel Fox 40 News.

Anyway, this was about twenty minutes ago.. I was driving and we were at a light and he was right next to me. I got behind him and took this picture at the next red light.

Meh. Figured I'd post this.

At the risk of sounding like I'm encouraging border-line stalking (j/k nebs), I think this could be interesting. Considering how many people have digital cameras or can even take pictures with their cell phones, this could be a fun thread.

Post your semi-celebrity encounter here! (And if you get someone who is higher up on the celebrity ladder, more power to you.)

I had an up close picture of Jim Kozimor and he actually made a pose for me. I somehow lost that one though. This was like a year ago at Best Buy. I also Ran into Koz at an Auto Zone a while back. I don't know why I'm mentioning these semi-celebs but I like KOZ. Dude is a real cool guy.

Bibbylicious about dropped my camera when Kevin walked by us yesterday at the Monarch's game, so it's not a "close-up", she had to shoot it down the row....:cool:

He's a great guy. I've seen him at Kings-type events, and he always makes an effort to interact with the fans. When he's not filming something, he's walking over to fans and chatting with them. I actually was on a red-eye flight with him to NY a month ago. Unfortunately, I didn't sit in the same row.

My brother shot a blurry pic of Artest ordering lunch at Chipotle in Roseville the day of Game 3 against the Spurs this year. However the photo is so blurry and Artest was wearing all black...so he kinda looks like bigfoot with a G-Unit 50 Cent-style hat on...lol! I'll see what I can do to post it.
