Sacramento & New York trade

Ok, we all know Isiah is in love with Artest and has had interest in Artest many times this season. Artest fits his hard nosed attitude and Isiah adores anyone who exerts all of their energy on defense. We have arguably the best perimeter defender in the league who has also "arguably" in a way worn out his welcome with us.
I mean dont get me wrong. Artest is an incredible specimen. A guy who can beat you on both ends of the floor consistenly is someone you would adore on your team. But, the fact is that he did not fit with the Kings when the young guns were out there. Kevin is a gazelle who just loves the open court and so do the rest of the kids. We have seen many times when Artest was out and Bibby would put on a shooting clinic while running with the others. Everything looked so smooth and I was actually able to watch without grimacing.
Bottom line is...Artest stalls the offense and at times just loves to go out by himself on numerous occasions in a row without noticing that there are four more guys on his team.

Anyways...long story ^^^ short....would a New York trade by these terms satisfy you guys?

New York sends:
Channing Frye
Randolph Morris
#23 pick

Sacramento sends:
Ron Artest

^It's a good start, but unfortunately it doesn't work with the cap since Frye and Morris only add up to about $3 million. Artest makes around $7 million.

Unfortunately then the question becomes, what crap contract from New York do you take on to make the salaries match up?

I would take Francis contract if they take the Kenny Thomas one.

Ron Artest and Kenny Thomas to New York
Steve Francis, Channing Fry and Pick 23 to Sacramento

I think that works in terms of matching the salaries. In 2 years time you have this enormous Francis contract coming off the books. In the mean time, there is always a chance Francis can get back to something resembling his best.

Bibby
Kenny
Artest

for

Francis or Marbury
Frye
Rose

With Francis you add athleticism to the backcourt, and he's shown in the past he can be a decent defender. With Marbury you have your assist guy, even if he wants the ball a lot. Both have looked like they're breaking down, but new season, and change of scenery might alleviate some of those issues. Rose's contract is a year shorter than Kenny's, and you get something you really covet in Frye. Long story short, you ship out some of your problems, inherent some problems, but also get back some upside; a big who can run with your youth for the future years. It also gives you some flexibility with who you draft.

I dont really know how we would pull it off, but i would like to see Q rich in a kings uni. We know from his days in phoenix that he can play that run n gun style of play plus he gives us a decent outside shooter. His contract is almost identical to that of Rons ($7,526,316 v. 7,525,500) but i dont think Ron for Q rich straight up is all that great. Maybe Q rich plus the 23rd pick? any thoughts on getting Q rich or is he even worth it??? I personally like the guy n would like to see him on our squad.

why get rid of bibby if were getting francis/marbury in return?
Both are breaking down with attitude problems and are Artest like when they start shooting.
And you said it yourself. They have shown in the past that they can be decent defenders.

I dont know if we can include rose in the trade since hes an expiring, but if we could, that would be another option.

I'm not a fan of Channing Frye, but this is a lot for NY to give up for Artest; considering Morris would have been a lottery pick in this year's draft and Frye, although soft, is nonetheless a near 7-footer with skill and athleticism. I'm for it if there is a way to match the salary. But I don't see NY going for it.
