That would David Banner's Get Like Me video, and that's not the only video they appear in. They're also in Lil' Wayne's Lollipop video too(at least in this one they're sitting at a poker table tossing poker chips.)

The Maloofs are starting their own record label so why not show how cool they are by appearing in other people's videos.
