DeMya didn't know she was pregnant until she got to Russia.

41/2 months along at that...

Doctors told her that as a professional athlete, her body likely adapted to the pregnancy, as it adapts to injuries, she said.

It sounded a little unbelievable to me too, but I guess it's possible...

Being pregnant has kept Walker off her troubled knee, which she said feels 100 percent.

That's great news.
