COMMENTARY | It's been reported that Rudy Gay is a part of a 7-player deal that will send him from the Toronto Raptors to the Sacramento Kings. The Pacific Division won't be turned upside-down by the trade, but it does bring another potential All-Star. The Kings will definitely improve, but have they done enough to pull themselves out of the Pacific Division cellar? With Kobe Bryant's return, it's safe to put the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers and Golden State Warriors in the top three spots.
