Rookie contract extensions: Devin Booker got paid, who else is likely to sign?

The deadline is Oct. 15, players need to sign an extension by then or become a restricted free agent next summer. Extensions can be for up to 25 percent of the salary cap (or 30 percent if the player meets the Rose Rule) but most are for less than that. Knowing they have a franchise cornerstone, in early July the Suns locked him up with a five-year, $158 million max extension.
