You're forgetting Joey Crawford and Mike Henderson.

Such a punishment is weak considering we're talking about Doc Rivers, whom the refs give a ton of leeway to already. If they were fair, they'd hold him to the same standards against constant whining as they do the players. The refs should take this as a cue not to pussyfoot around with him and give him the straight T, so nothing extra-curricular could be construed.
