Only two teams have beaten the Brooklyn Nets since Feb. 27, and one was the Wizards who pulled out a 101-94 victory at Verizon Center. So much has been made of the Wizards (36-34) having the most favorable schedule based on winning percentage after the All-Star break, but the Nets (37-31) have won 11 of their last 13 games. They have the best record in the East since Jan. 1 at 27-10 and the rest of March shapes up for them like this: at the New Orleans Pelicans tonight, at the Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday, vs. Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday and Sunday vs. Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wizards return to D.C. after a disastrous road trip that included an overtime loss to the lowly Sacramento Kings and a three-point loss at the injury-riddled Denver Nuggets.
