Rajon Rondo

I think Rondo has entered the next station in his career. Now he plays for pride and he is out there to show all those that didn't want to consider him that it was a mistake, a very serious mistake. He'll get paid by the Kings just as much as from anybody else. He has no interest to leave the Kings. However, in this stage of his career, he does not want to waste time in a team that has no direction. He wants to see that the team is on track to win big. His re-signing with the Kings depends on the progress made by the end of the season. My personal impression is this: The team is on the verge to break out big time. It's just a feeling, but the chemistry is great and star players, like DMC, take responsibility when they play a bad game. That's quality big time. No excuses. That's a situation from which you can build serious things. The Kings will still lose games, even easy games, but it's a team that nobody takes easily anymore. People were laughing at the Kings last summer making jokes of the Philly trade etc. They are not laughing anymore.
