Well, one of the things that I heard that really caught my attention was Jenny Boucek and her Coaching Psychology 101. That stuff is OK when you are winning, but I found myself rolling my eyes
listening to that when you are 1-8. The whole being
"in the moment", positive mental approach was very nausiating. The whole
"we are just now seeing our true team, and we can build from here".....The whole
"just now concentrating on our offense, because our defense is just getting to where it needs to be" stuff does not fly.
This team in my opinion needs a nice dose of
"John Whisnant, let me kick your arse out of practice if you don't do what I say" to get them going "IF" they want to compete and make the post season.
I really enjoyed the calls last night (MBF, RDub21, Purple Reign, and if there is somebody I missed because I don't know your real name). And everybody pretty much said the same thing, that this thing may not turn around until the team returns home next week to play 4 out of next 6 out home
(which includes 2 games vs Seattle, 2 vs Phoenix, Chicago and Detroit). If they can't win a bulk of those games, this season is over as far as the post season.
