You have no idea what you are talking about.

The Section 112/113 aisle is on its 4th usher now in my 11 years as a STH, and I have known them all by name and vice versa. I have discussed with them about their kids and life issues and vice versa. 2 of the former ushers were "promoted" to courtside duty and they still say hi to me and chat a bit when I get down to the court on rare occasions.

On one occasion earlier this year, KMart's dad was in town for a few games and was on the court near the Kings bench after the game chatting with a few folks. Kingsgurl and I went down to visit with him for a while and we got stopped by an usher behind the Kings bench. Our good buddy ex-112/113 usher Wally (one of the courtside ushers now and who knew we knew the family) walked over to tell the guy to let us on the court to visit.

BTW, if you didn't pay for a lower level seat and sit next to mine, you will be gone in short order.

i don't think people are looking to move down to sit in the first row. With the amount of tickets not sold to games anymore how the hell are the ushers supposed to know which seats are sold or unsold (assuming you don't sit in a season ticket holders seat)

Its really not that hard. But hey what do i know

You have multiple season ticket holders telling you they do check and they do know. At this point, I have to wonder what your purpose is in arguing about it.

If you try and sit in the lower level when you haven't paid for a lower level seat, good for you. Do you also eat produce from the store without paying for it?

At this point, there is little sense in keeping this thread active. For that reason, I'm closing it.
