Grammar tip of the day:
Do not use "dominate" when you mean "dominant." Thank you. You know who you are.

“Dominant” and “dominate” sound somewhat alike, but they can’t be used interchangeably.
“Dominant” is an adjective, meaning it is used to describe a subject. It is defined as having or exerting authority or influence, or occupying or being in a commanding or elevated position. For example, “Wheat is the dominant crop in many parts of North Dakota.” “Which is the dominant gene?”

“Dominate” is a verb. It means to rule over, have control of, tower over or overshadow. For example: “The instructor dominates the class.” “Successful leaders dominate events rather than react to them.”

So, for example, DeMarcus Cousins is a dominant player. He will dominate the competition.

Whether or not George Karl becomes the coach of the Kings, Sacramento’s front office has pulled the carpet out from not one, but two head coaches this season. First, the logic-defiant dismissal of Mike Malone. Now, interviewing head coaching candidates after lifting the interim tag off Tyrone Corbin just five weeks ago. Not a good look.

Given that they won't be a playoff team either way, why rush to replace Tyrone Corbin?

George Karl has taken over two teams in the middle of a season. He took a 20-20 Sonics team and went 27-15 in 1991-92, and he took a 17-25 Nuggets team and went 32-8 in 2004-05. If Karl and the Kings get a deal done, he can make an impact right away and get a head start on trying to end what will be a nine-year playoff drought next season.

There's part of me that wonders if they decided to wait on hiring a coach to make sure they'd keep a lottery pick just in case. It's the only explanation I have for keeping Ty Corbin longer than 36 hours.

There remains a lot of concern about the right coaching fit for center DeMarcus Cousins.

If the Kings indeed hire George Karl, they'll become the first NBA team to employ three different coaches for at least 10 games since Denver in 2004-05, when the Nuggets outsted Jeff Bzdelik at 13-15, had Michael Cooper as interim coach for 14 games ... and then hired a certain George Karl.

Dont be upset cause some people don't have time to check there grammer. Mispelling words or not righting sentences good doesnt mean they should of payed more attention in class.
Careful. Your going to loose a lot of readers if you keep typing that way,to.

Top 10 draft pick secured, time to hire a coach.

Not so fast. Karl took a 17-25 Nuggets team in 04-05 and went 32-8 the rest of the way.

If we get Karl, **** the draft pick. It's win, and win NOW... immediately. We're SO close to not looking back. I'm so ready to root for wins again.

It appears my plan for the string of embarrassing losses finally got through to VR.

Edit: As a side note, if Karl gets hired, he automatically becomes the dominant personality in the whole organization. This is a situation rife with disorder, but that is also a situation that is ripe for order to be created. As the I Ching says, out of chaos, order comes. There is a leadership VACUUM in the org right now. Karl will fill that with authority. You simply can't argue with 6th all time on the wins list. Especially if you've had anything to do with creating this mess. I predict Karl comes in, and IMMEDIATELY no ****s are given by him.
