As some people may already know, we have lost two seniors, two coaches and one beloved teacher. Now we have lost our principal.


It is with great sadness that many of us have learned of the sudden death of Mr. Rudy Schulze, Principal. All indications at this time are that he suffered a heart attack while driving.

At this time, arrangements are pending. Rudy's family and the school administration are working together to prepare our community's response to this tragic event, along with appropriate ways to support our school community as it moves through the next days and weeks. Mr. Schulze was principal at Christian Brothers High School since 2002 and a member of the broader Lasallian family for more than seventeen years. We ask, and thank you, for your prayers as we continue the educational tradition at C.B. and supportive community that Rudy came to know and love.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Too much sadness for one year. I remember way back at my high school our V.P. dying suddenly, too.

Rudy was a good guy. I hope the school can continue to do well in the face of the tragedies, I know it was rough last year.
