Yes, but it has been proven time and time again that you need an interior offensive threat to win a championship. You just don't win championships without that threat.

Think the Bulls did just fine with Longley and Rodman, the more recent Pistons with the Wallaces (Sheed being mostly camped out on the perimiter).

And they can still trade Ibaka if they need to. This move, though, is a win for OKC.
