Pangilinan, part of investor group Webber put together, wants to buy Kings

And if an investment group is made up of people from multiple countries which is the case here, who cares and why? The question I hope has to do more with competence and knowledge to run an NBA team. I don't want to argue past anyone but would settle for over or under. :)

The Filipino mentioned is not a part of the investment group but apparently has been approached. He is very rich and very involved in basketball in his home country. This is not qualification to run the Kings and it sounds like he wouldn't accept a lesser position than having full control.

And the team is not for sale to Asians OR Europeans. :)

I am an Ashkenazi Jew, so yes, I am European with some Middle Eastern flavor :)

"Let me ask you. Does Moscow have any Asian influences? Like, say, in Architecture?"

Your question is weird. Do you know that Spain has a huge Arabic influence? So, does it mean that Spain is a part of the Middle East or Northern Africa? Or Spaniards are Moroccans? Ok, back to Russia ... Old Moscow architecture has a Byzantine influence, not Asian.

My main point was to poke fun at the notion that cities or countries are "100%" anything. That is all.

And yes, I do know about Spain having major Moorish/Arabic influences, having toured the area years ago. That was very interesting, because one wouldn't normally think of Spain in that way.
