Travis Outlaw scored 24 points to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 101-77 preseason victory over the Sacramento Kings on Friday night. LaMarcus Aldridge had 18 points for the Blazers and Martell Webster added 17. Reigning NBA rookie of the year Brandon Roy made his first appearance of the preseason for Portland after missing three games with inflammation in his left heel.
