Nuggets-Rockets game in progress

For those not watching the early game, the Nuggets went out to a huge early lead but the Rockets battled back and actually have made a game out of it.

Kenyon Martin just crumpled to the floor, and it did not look good... If he's not able to continue, the Nuggets win streak may just have ended.

Late word on K-Mart is that when he slipped, his knee cap hit the floor HARD. He's still in the locker room and is "questionable" for the second half. Seeing how anguished he looked and the way he limped to the locker room at the end of the first half, I don't think there's any question about it...

I didn't see what happens, but Tracy McGrady was laying on the floor in pain holding his hip.

T Mac back in the game. Looked just a hard hit maybe with a fist in the gut or lower. Tolbert and Co thought it did not look intnetional Im not so sure that Buckner was NOT trying to get away with a little extra on the contact. Oh well Looks like Houston making another run and that will probably do it. I kinda wanted to see Houston loose so the Kings could get a little breathing room, but I am glad to see Denver's streak cool... not the kind of momentum you want the opisition carrying into the play offs.

89-72 Rockets with 9:00 mins left. Looks like the Rockets game too lose!
Ya know letting Houston and Dallas go at it while the Kings take on Seattle might NOT be the end of the world... Houston looks really good out there in the second half!

If the Kings lose tonight I believe we will be the 6th seed!

don't worry King's fans...the Rockets will take the #5 seed from you, to let you play Seattle.

and ibreadBrad...btw...as much as you talk about hatring Dallas...it's like half of how I feel...this is about the texas triangle, and has nothing to do with you!!! ;)

Rockets will play Dallas....bring it on!

Denver played an ugly game...ever since the 2nd quarter Houston had been dictating the pace of the game. This is a good loss for the Nuggets, just a reminder playoffs aint gonna be that easy.

the Nuggets ARE capable of winning without KMart....they technically have a 9-2 record when he is out...I know Marcus was out in that game too but Kenyon Martin is hardly their most valuable player if ya know what I mean...they can win without him

They can definetly win without K-Mart...but I believe K-Mart gives them the attitude they sometimes lack to win games. Martin never puts his head down in the game. Whether they winning by 20 or losing by 20 Martin is always going to rebound and dunk it hard in your face. Sometimes that spark is all a team needs to come back and win.

^that is true

I am a big Kmart fan I've said in another thread that i love this personality and attitude on the court it makes the game a lot more fun IMO...and I love what Tolbert said last night..."he's a guy where when he dunks the ball you expect the net to just catch on fire" also he is a guy that blantantly loves his own work...lol...I did think it was funny last night out Deke blocked Melo's shot but then KMart got it and dunked it right over Deke and Deke still waved his finger at KMart and everyone was kinda laughing..I myself had to laugh....

Seriously though is it unbelievable or what as to the kinda year that Deke has had...i mean WHOA!! He's a guy that knows his role and sticks to it
