^^^^I didn't get ashes til after work.

I haven't "given up" anything for a number of years. Instead, I try to find something positive to do. This year, I accepted management's request to be the office rep for the March of Dimes. I started off Lent with a pep rally at our weekly meeting this morning.

Well, I have to say that I was expecting a differnent line to this thread, something along the lines of...

Now that Mardi Gras has passed... what memories that you vauguely recall, do you hope did NOT make it onto a video tape that is for sale on the internet...


As for the lent question, I defacto gave up sweets. (Really my WIFE gave up sweets, but since she is the sweets-pusher in our household, I have essentially given up sweets for lent)
